MPEG-2 is a highly compressed format that manages to maintain all the original DV quality while dramatically reducing the total file size. Without such compression, we simply wouldn't be able to pack the required amount of data onto the respective disc format.
After previewing the DVD, navigational functions, and we're happy with the way the menus and buttons works, we then burn the file onto a DVD disc. You can look forward to professional quality at competitive prices.
